We adhere to the following principles:
• recognition and respect of the copyright (exclusive intellectual) rights of the author Dmitry Ustinov for the GSR methodology
• exact compliance with the GSR methodology and its technique according to the granted license rights, immutability of the methodology
• recognition that no result in the objective world is guaranteed and in any case will be a consequence of the actions and decisions of the User or Licensee of the technique
• strict compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation
Author methods GSR is Dmitry Ustinov, his author’s rights are confirmed by numerous copyright materials, publications, videos on the Internet (GSR website, YouTube, VK, Telegram -channels etc.), depositing materials on specialized sites.
The author grants a non-exclusive right to use certain parts of the methodology (Modules) to Licensees and Users on a contractual basis. Personal non-property rights of the Author and exclusive property rights remain with the Author.
Each module, like any other result of the author’s work, is conveyed “as is,” and the author is not responsible for expectations from the methodology and warns about the subjectivity of his methodology, as the result of the author’s work.
Persons voluntarily involved in GSR practices are divided into two groups: Users and Licensees.
Licensees (GSR specialists of Module 2 and above) have the right to distribute the author’s methodology with prior notification to the Author, and provide services in the field of GSR to third parties. Licensees are required to comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation on business activities, register as entrepreneurs or self-employed, enter into contracts with clients (Users), reflect the revenue received and pay the necessary taxes in accordance with current legislation, comply with the methodology and not make changes to it.
Users can receive services in the field of GSR from Licensees, and when purchasing a license to use the author’s methodology (Module 1), they have the right to use the author’s methodology only for themselves. Users do not have the right to use it to conduct commercial and non-commercial activities, and do not have the right to provide services in the field of GSR to third parties.
GSR Methodology is aimed at working with a person’s internal states; the result of using the technique is individual, subjective, and not guaranteed for everyone.
According to scientific research, conducted in 2024 – 2025 by the National Research University Higher School of Economics (NRU HSE) together with the company Brainstart, the GSR session relieves stress, significantly relaxes physiologically, increases the power of the theta rhythm of the electroencephalogram (EEG) in the frontal region of the cerebral cortex, facilitates control over automatic emotional behavior, helping to suppress habitual emotional reactions in The benefits of more mindful action are positively correlated with the success of emotion regulation strategies, especially those such as cognitive reappraisal, and may be associated with a decrease in addictive behavior and improved emotional well-being. The GSR method is able to effectively activate self-referential and regulatory processes, making it a potentially useful tool in psychotherapeutic practice.
GSR does not promise, does not guarantee and is not responsible for the occurrence or non-occurrence of objective physical and material changes in a person’s life separately and independently of the actions, decisions and behavior of the person himself.
An important element of the methodology is the concept of “adequacy” for a person to make conscious, independent decisions, take responsible actions and rationally assess the reality around him.
The scope of application of the methodology is determined by the User independently on the basis of the User’s personal interest in the amount and form that he considers sufficient to achieve personal goals.
The use of the methodology is carried out by the User independently or with a GSR specialist (Licensee) within the competence of the specialist (Licensee), confirmed by the relevant Agreement.
