The most frequent question from new clients is how the session works and whether they need to prepare. Here it is, step by step.

Before the session

No preparation needed. You don't have to read anything, recall your childhood or write a list of problems. The only thing worth doing in advance is putting your request into one phrase. Not perfectly, not “correctly” — just name, in your own words, what is in the way.

Here are some requests people came to me with:

  • “I snap at my kids and then blame myself”
  • “I can't decide about moving abroad — I've been going in circles for six months”
  • “I want to raise my prices, but something won't let me”
  • “Everything seems fine, but there is no joy”

If the phrase doesn't come together — that's fine too. Sometimes the most precise wording is born in the first ten minutes of the conversation. Vagueness is not an obstacle to the session — it is its material.

During the session

The session lasts 60 minutes and happens online — over video, from a place where you feel at ease. For the first few minutes we simply talk: I listen to how you describe the situation and ask questions. Not for a form — to find where exactly the knot is tied.

Then the work by the GSR method begins. You won't have to act anything out or “answer correctly”. My job is to lead the process and hold the structure. Yours is to answer honestly — first of all to yourself.

My job is not to advise you how to live. My job is for you to hear yourself.

Often in the middle of a session a person says: “wait — there it is”. That is the working moment: the cause that was searched for outside for years turns out to be inside, and surprisingly concrete.

Notes after a session: the request and the cause we found
After the session I send a short summary: the request, what we found, what to watch next.

After the session

The main part happens not in the session but between sessions — in ordinary life. I don't give homework. You simply start noticing that you react differently in familiar situations — and often the people close to you notice it before you do.

That is why I ask you not to judge the result on the day of the session. Give yourself a week or two of ordinary life and compare facts, not feelings: how you sleep, how you talk to your family, how you make decisions.
